We know it can be frustrating to receive an error message when you're in the midst of purchasing tickets, especially if you're trying to get your hands on tickets for a popular game. Below we've explained possible causes for error messages and how to avoid them in future.

You are attempting to purchase more seats than your membership allows/You have exceeded client quota.You must remove some seats to proceed.

Problem: This error appears as your membership has already been used to purchase a ticket for the fixture or if you haven't reassign tickets in your basket to other members within your network.

Your membership will only allow you to purchase one ticket unless stated otherwise.


Solution: Check your booking history to see if you have purchased a ticket for this fixture or please ensure you have reassigned the tickets in your basket to members within your network.


We are unable to reserve your tickets.

This means that someone else has added the ticket(s) to their basket and is the process of purchasing the ticket(s) you are attempting to buy.


Solution: We would advise you refresh your page and look for seats elsewhere on the seat map.


Unfortunately you do not have the privileges on your account to purchase this seat

This means that someone else has added the ticket(s) to their basket and is the process of purchasing the ticket(s) you are attempting to buy.

Family Enclosure

Junior Gunners are permitted to book into the Family Enclosure which is located in Blocks 25 to 30, and Block 117. Only once the Family Enclosure has sold out Junior Gunners can book elsewhere. Please note we only allow a maximum of 2 adults to 1 Junior Gunner, so if you book a Junior Gunner outside of the Family Enclosure and the Family Enclosure is still available, you will receive an error message.

Solution: If you are exceeding the ratio of 2 adults to 1 Junior Gunner, you will receive an error message.

Adult members selecting seats inside the Family Enclosure without a Junior Gunner will receive an error message.

Adult members booking with Cannon members will receive an error message.

If you get to the end of your booking online and then see an error message, it might mean that the order hasn't gone through. Please double check by logging into your account and checking your Booking history and your bank statement to see if you have a pending transaction from Arsenal FC.



Transaction No Longer Active
Problem: This error is caused by an interruption to the transaction process. During the ticket buying process, our computer or your computer lost access to our ticketing systems. Receiving this error means that your request did not make it to the ticketing system.

Solution: Please resubmit your ticket request and try again.

Sorry, we are unable to fulfil your specific request.
Problem: This error appears when, at the moment you submit a request for tickets, the ticketing computer can't find the number of tickets you requested in any one place. If you checked for a single seat and got this message, The Arsenal Online Box Office has probably sold out of its allocation for the event. However, you should check back on the site from time to time, as returned seats may become available.

Solution: If you selected more than one seat, try decreasing the amount. You may also want to try a different seating area or select "best available" to see if there are seats available in another section.


Cookies and Graphics
Your browser must be set to accept cookies and graphics in order for you to purchase tickets from Ticketmaster, so make sure your browser is accepting cookies before you try to make a purchase.

Make sure nothing is blocking your browser from accepting cookies, which will also block Ticketmaster from placing your seating information in your computer's temporary memory which is necessary to purchase tickets.

Proxy Servers
Problem: Some online service providers use a device called a proxy server. Proxy servers save copies of sites on their server rather than connecting users to the Internet or the specific site requested. In most cases, this works fine.

Solution: Using a proxy server might prevent you from purchasing tickets because you need to access our ticketing system directly. If you do not know if you are accessing the Internet by using a proxy server, contact your Internet service provider.

Access the Arsenal Online Box Office through a direct Internet connection and not through any service using proxy servers.
