If you experience error FRP057 when logging in to Pingit for Clubs you should follow the re-registration process:

 

  1. Tap the (?) on the passcode screen (top right corner)
  2. Under ‘Forgotten your passcode’ tap ‘OK, let’s go’
  3. Tap ‘Continue’ on the ‘Let’s get you started’ screen
  4. Choose a Passcode and confirm new Passcode
  5. Tap ‘Continue’ on the ‘Welcome Back’ screen
  6. Confirm your mobile number and enter the verification code that will be sent via SMS
  7. Confirm the last 4 digits of the bank account you have chosen to link to Pingit for Clubs and tap ‘Send me 1p’
  8. Find the PINGIT reference on your bank statement from the penny payment that was sent and add the reference in the app
  9. You will be then be able to log back into the app using the passcode you set. If you had a previous balance it will be still be available.
