You can freeze your payment card at any time in the app by tapping “Manage prepaid card” and using the toggle to “freeze” your card. Please contact our team via our New Enquiry Form, or by telephone on 0207 619 5000 (Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 17:00) and our team can arrange for a replacement.
