Atletico Madrid are offering Arsenal supporters a 20% discount on stadium tours at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano and the club museum from now until the 3rd of May.
To book online:
- Go to their website and select their product 'Tour + Museum' (this offer is only valid for the standard tour + museum)
- Select date and time, this offer is for every session and is on from now until the 3rd of may
- Once you have selected the tickets you will have to click on “Do you have a promotion?” and then 'apply'
- Under “Do you have a promotional code?” Type ARSENALFANS to get the 20% discount.
Ticketing
This match is sold out, and supporters are urged not to travel without a ticket.
We will be enforcing full ticket collections for this match. These measures are in place to ensure that tickets are being used by genuine Arsenal supporters. Ahead of the game, all supporters will receive an email with the full collection details including the address and a maps link to assist you in navigating to the collection point.
For this fixture, all tickets must be collected in Spain. To collect, supporters must bring their physical passports - photographs or photocopies or other forms of ID will not be accepted. Tickets cannot be collected on behalf of others - they will only be issued to the named member.

Getting to and from the Stadium
The stadium is located 11km from the city centre, so walking from there to the ground is not recommended.
Metro:
•The recommended route for supporters to reach the Metropolitano Stadium is Madrid metro.
•You are advised to arrive at Canillejas station on Line 5 (green line) and walk to the stadium from there.
•Metro operating hours are 06:00-01:30hrs and is the recommended travel option post-match too.

Bus:
15 EMT lines and 20 intercity bus lines will serve the stadium’s surrounding area.
Cars:
There will be no public parking facilities available at or near the stadium for private cars and coaches.
At the Stadium
- Supporters must have photo ID with them at the stadium.
- There will be 3 ticket check points where searches (pat down) will be conducted
Match Tickets
Only supporters with a valid match ticket will be admitted. Damaged or forged tickets, or people who have lost their ticket will not be allowed access. Entry into the stadium can be slow so please arrive in plenty of time. There will be ticket checks and searches at the entrance to the turnstiles.
Tickets are not transferable and cannot be used by any other supporter. Duplicate tickets will not be issued.
Please sit in the seat allocated to you and detailed on your ticket.
Food and Drink
There are kiosks and toilet facilities in the away section for the exclusive use of away supporters. They will be open after the end of the match, until the police have vacated everyone from these areas.
Flags and Banners
Flags or banners larger than 3m long and 2m wide are forbidden. Smaller flags and banners are permitted, but no sticks or poles. Flags and banners must not display any abusive, discriminatory, threatening words or images, or political statements.

Walking aids, including walking sticks and crutches are not permitted within the stadium, and this is strictly enforced.
Members of the Disability Liaison Team will be on hand to advise and assist.
Travelling:
Bus: Nearly all bus services in the city of Madrid are accessible for disabled passengers. The closest bus station to the stadium is located around 100 metres from the stadium.
Metro/Tram: To view a list of accessible metro stations in Madrid, please click here. The nearest accessible station to the stadium is Estadio Metropolitano which is located approximately 300 metres from the stadium. Access to the stadium from the metro station is via a steep slope which some wheelchair users may need assistance with.
Accessible Parking: Accessible parking spaces are available at the stadium in both the club's exterior and underground car parks. To arrange a car parking space, please email the club directly on sociosdiscapacitados@atleticodemadrid.com
The club advise that a drop-off / pick-up point for disabled spectators arriving by private car or taxi is located at the entrance to the underground car park W1.
