How can members buy tickets?

Tickets for home games will be made available to members via a ballot process for Premier League, FA Cup, Carabao Cup and European matches. Ticket ballots for home fixtures are typically held 4–6 weeks prior to each match, though timings may vary for cup games or early-season fixtures. Members with disability access requirements will have priority ballot windows.

How do I find out when tickets go on sale?

Ballot dates are advertised throughout the season on arsenal.com. Members can also sync priority ticket window dates to their calendar once they are confirmed. Please note that fixtures may change due to TV selections or domestic and European competitions.

How many tickets can I buy?

Members can purchase one ticket per membership, subject to availability. During selected “Friends & Family” sales it may be possible to purchase up to three additional tickets, depending on the fixture.

Can members buy tickets in a group?

Members can enter ballots, buy tickets, and check availability through their Online Box Office account. To attend together, they need to add friends or family to their My Network and submit a group ballot entry, with up to four members per entry.

If I buy a membership, am I guaranteed a ticket?

No. Membership does not guarantee a ticket. Tickets are subject to availability through the ballot system. If unsuccessful, members may still be able to purchase tickets through the Ticket Exchange.

What is Ticket Exchange?

Ticket Exchange allows members to buy tickets that have been resold by other supporters who can no longer attend a match. Even if a fixture is sold out, new tickets may appear on the exchange so members are encouraged to check regularly.

Can I purchase a ticket without a membership?

The only official way to buy tickets without a membership is by purchasing a hospitality package or using an authorised ticket agents.

Please note that tickets purchased from unofficial website/agencies, social media sites, or from touts are likely to be invalid and you could be refused entry or ejected from the stadium.

When are the dates & kick-off times for Premier League fixtures confirmed?

Fixtures are amended throughout the season for several reasons, including live TV broadcast selections and to accommodate domestic and European cup competitions. For this reason, Premier League fixtures are always advertised as being subject to change.

The Premier League will have nine of its clubs participating in UEFA competitions again this season and while this is a mark of success for the League and its clubs, supporters should be aware of the knock-on effect this will have on the scheduling of Premier League fixtures.

We will endeavour to announce fixtures with as much notice as possible, but as we saw last season, there may be changes made at shorter notice than desired if our teams progress into the latter stages of other competitions.

Below are the approximate dates for when the announcements on matches that have been selected for live TV broadcast will be made.
