Will tickets for Disability Access Members be balloted?

Tickets will be balloted for Disability Access (DA) members. There will be a separate ballot for wheelchair user and ambulant disabled tickets, including your Personal Assistant (PA), if eligible. Members with specific requirements should contact the Disability Liaison Team.

Please note a Personal Assistant can only enter the stadium with the Red DA Member. If a PA arrives earlier than the disabled supporter they are accompanying they must wait outside until they arrive and enter together.

Can I enter the ballot with a non-DA member?

If you are in a family group with a DA member and Personal Assistant, the DA member can add the requirement for additional members when entering the ballot. You can do this by completing the relevant field for additional members on the Disability Access ballot form. You can add a maximum of 2 non-DA members to each application.

I have specific seating requirements, how do I request this?

There is an opportunity for Disability Access Members to request specific seating when entering the ballot. The Disability Liaison Team will do their utmost to assist with all requests, subject to seating availability.

If successful in the ballot, you can login and purchase your preferred seats during the self-serve window, subject to seating availability.

If I am unsuccessful in the ballot will my application be held for the Ticket Exchange?

The Ticket Exchange is managed in house by our Disability Liaison Team and supporters will be contacted if any suitable tickets become available.
