What is a Disability Access Membership?

Our memberships are becoming more inclusive, with disabled fans renewing/buying a Red, Cannon, or JG membership with Disability Access.

This means all fans enjoy the same memberships, same benefits – except members with Disability Access will still be able to buy tickets in an earlier window, as they always have. Members with Disability Access will still be issued with a complimentary ticket for their PA (if eligible) and will continue to be able to access all the facilities and services available to disabled fans.

If you have any questions you can contact our Disability Liaison Team on 020 7619 5000 Option 2, or submit a new enquiry via the enquiry form.

How do I become a new Disability Access Member?

More information on how to become a member can be found here.

 Who are Nimbus?

Nimbus are the organisation behind the Access Card which serves box offices across the UK to streamline the disability access sign up process for both the business & the individual.

The Nimbus Access Card is widely accepted across many major event venues across the UK.

 Personal Assistants

If you require a Personal Assistant, they are responsible for your needs and should accompany you for every visit to the stadium.

If the Disability Access (DA) member is unable to attend, the Personal Assistant cannot attend without the disabled supporter. In this instance we recommend making your ticket available on the Ticket Exchange here.

Will tickets for Disability Access Members be balloted?

Tickets for home games will balloted for Disability Access (DA) members. There will be a separate ballot for wheelchair user and ambulant disabled tickets, including your Personal Assistant (PA), if eligible. Members with specific requirements should contact the Disability Liaison Team.

Please note a Personal Assistant can only enter the stadium with the Red DA Member. If a PA arrives earlier than the disabled supporter they are accompanying they must wait outside until they arrive and enter together.

Tickets for away games are sold strictly under an away points system, ticket allocation can vary match by match depending on the away club’s stadium and allocation, specific details will be shared here throughout the season.

Season Ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase based on the number of away points they have gained over the previous two seasons.

Tickets will be made available in booking windows. Keep an eye out for the sale window you are eligible for, based on the number of away points you have.

Away credits are accrued by attending away fixtures over the last two full seasons and the current season being played.

Can I enter the ballot with a non-DA member?

If you are in a family group with a DA member and Personal Assistant, the DA member can add the requirement for additional members when entering the ballot. You can do this by completing the relevant field for additional members on the Disability Access ballot form. You can add a maximum of 2 non-DA members to each application.

I have specific seating requirements, how do I request this?

There is an opportunity for Disability Access Members to request specific seating when entering the ballot. The Disability Liaison Team will do their utmost to assist with all requests, subject to seating availability.

If successful in the ballot, you can login and purchase your preferred seats during the self-serve window, subject to seating availability.

If I am unsuccessful in the ballot will my application be held for the Ticket Exchange?

The Ticket Exchange is managed in house by our Disability Liaison Team and supporters will be contacted if any suitable tickets become available.
