Due to the overwhelming demands placed upon the Club for charitable donations, unfortunately we are unable to support all requests. 

You may be interested to know we provide direct support to a number of local, national and international charities, hospitals and hospices by donating an item of signed memorabilia each season when the organisation makes contact with the club through their official channels and meets criteria for support. 

Although we are unable to assist you personally with your request, we fully appreciate the efforts that go into raising funds for such a worthy cause and wish you every success.

  Complaints Handling Process

All complaints should be made in writing to our Supporter Services Team via this contact form and are directed to relevant staff for a response. We aim to provide an initial response within 1-2 working days, with any investigation undertaken and a final response provided within 7-10 days, although this is often much quicker depending on the nature of the complaint.


If a supporter is unhappy with a response, they can request their complaint is escalated to the Supporter Services Manager, who can subsequently further escalate to the Senior Supporter Services Manager if necessary. If after six weeks from the time a complaint has been submitted, the supporter feels we have not properly responded they have the right to refer their complaint to the Independent Football Ombudsman (IFO), unless we have given a reasonable explanation for the delay (e.g. complexity of the case or unavailability of relevant personnel).

  Can I meet a player?
Unfortunately due to the excessive demand from supporters’ to meet the players and Manager on a one to one basis it would not be feasible to arrange.  

There are times in the year when the membership offers training days and competitions to meet the players.  For information regarding the Arsenal Membership please refer to the Club website at www.arsenal.com
  Can the club help with my university studies & dissertation?
Unfortunately, the club is inundated with requests on a daily basis and therefore it is not possible to accede to each and every request for assistance.
  Special Occasions

If you or your loved ones are celebrating a wedding then you can request a congratulations letter from the Club.

Wherever possible please allow 6-8 weeks notice for all Special Occasion requests.


Due to the high volume of requests we receive for birthday letters, we regret to inform you that this is no longer a service we are able to offer.


Wedding
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! We always aim to get a letter out as close to the wedding date as possible, but due to the high number of requests we receive it is advisable to let us know in advance.

You can also request a message to be added to our matchday programme here and you can also request a tannoy announcement by emailing supporterexperience@arsenal.co.uk and you must submit this request no less than 14 days before the match.

  Condolence

It is always sad to hear the loss of one of our supporters and we like to offer a condolence letter and an obituary in the matchday programme.

During the playing season (August – May) we offer an obituary notice in a match day programme. Should you wish to place an obituary notice in a match day programme, please fill in this form here at least 14 days prior to the match in question and if space permits we will include this for you.
