I have disability and require accessible tickets. What supporting documentation do I need to provide? 

Once you have purchased your tickets, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. In this email we will ask you to fill in our access requirement form and provide supporting documentation which can include.

  • A statement of higher rate mobility, or the higher rate care component of Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
  • Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP) – Standard or Enhanced rate Mobility component, or Enhanced rate Daily Living component
  • Registration document which certifies that you are Registered Blind or Partially Sighted
  • Veterans Agency letter confirming War Disablement Pension
  • Nimbus Access Card
 Where are the accessible tickets located? 

There are wheelchair spaces in the lower tier and in the upper tier. Please note, some wheelchair spaces in the lower tier may have a slightly obstructed view of the upper part of the stage.

Ambulant disabled seating is available towards the back of the lower tier and the front of the upper tier. These seats are easy access and require you to navigate a minimal number of steps.

All wheelchair spaces and ambulant disabled seats are provided with one complimentary personal assistant ticket.

 Will there be a BSL interpreter? 

Performance Interpreting Ltd are delighted to be providing the interpreters for the BOYZONE concerts at Emirates Stadium on the 5th & 6th June 2026! They will be located in front of the BSL area, on the stadium floor in Lower Bowl block 31.

 

The interpreters will be Caroline Davies (née Richardson) & Anna Kitson. 


If you have purchased seats in an alternate area and require BSL, we encourage you to contact us at the earliest opportunity.

 Accessible Car Parking 

There will be a small number of parking spaces available at Emirates Stadium. If you would like to request parking at the stadium, please click on the relevant link below. (Please note, this form will open when tickets go on sale on Tuesday 7th October).

Saturday 6th June - Please note, parking is now fully allocated.

Parking will be allocated on a first come first served basis to those who have purchased tickets, and provided proof of eligibility.

 Where are the accessible entrances? 

When you arrive at Emirates Stadium you are welcome to enter through one of our accessible turnstiles - these are located at turnstiles: A, D, E, H, J, and S. If your turnstile is not mentioned, please go to the nearest one to the one mentioned on your ticket.

 Can I store my wheelchair? 

We do not have official wheelchair storage and are therefore unable to store any wheelchairs.

 Can I attend with my assistance dog? 

Assistance dogs are welcome. We advise that you notify us when purchasing your tickets, to ensure we provide you with the correct seating.

 Can I move seat due to a recent medical diagnosis or injury? 

We encourage you to get in touch with us ahead of the concert, here, and we’ll do our best to support you. Please note, in some cases we may not be able to provide full assistance until closer to the event, as tickets are being distributed by multiple ticket agents.
