When will I be offered a Season Ticket?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an estimation of progression to a Season Ticket as this is dependent on a variety of factors, i.e. existing Members not renewing their Season Ticket or those ahead of yourself on the waiting list taking up the opportunity of a Season Ticket. At such time as you are offered a Season Ticket you will be contacted by a member of our Sales Team either by telephone or email. Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date.
Does a waiting list give ticket access?
The position does not give you access to match-by-match tickets. To purchase tickets for Men's home games on an ad-hoc basis you require a Red, Silver, Cannon or JG membership.
Does my waiting list position count without three consecutive Plus renewals?
Yes, if you were on the Plus membership and you confirmed that you wished to remain on the list, you will now occupy an active place on the Season Ticket Waiting List. Any funds paid towards your Plus Membership will be redeemable against the price of your Season Ticket. Please note the Plus option is now discontinued.
Are waiting list positions transferable to friends or family members?
Yes, if you do not wish to take up the offer, you are able to give permission to a friend or relative to purchase instead.
Can I get a refund if I no longer want my waiting list position?
All funds paid towards Season Ticket Waiting List position(s) are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to remain on the list, please let us know by filling in our enquiry form. By removing yourself from the list, you will forfeit any funds paid and the Club will make a matching donation to the Arsenal Foundation. The General Admission Season Ticket Waiting List terms and conditions can be found here.
Is there a separate season ticket waiting list for disabled members?
Yes, supporters with a disability can purchase a position on the Disability Access Waiting List here. Once you are offered a Season Ticket, you will be asked to provide documentation to support your application for a concessionary Season Ticket. This enables us to check if your disability access requirements have changed and to plan effectively how best to meet your access requirements. If you are unable to provide this supporting documentation, you will not qualify for a Disability Access Season Ticket and will be placed on the general Season Ticket Waiting List.
How can I switch my waiting list to an accessible or wheelchair seat?
Please contact the Disability Liaison Team by submitting an enquiry here or by calling +44 (0) 207 619 5000 (option 2). Our telephone lines are open Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm.

Why has someone lower on the waiting list moved ahead of me?
We understand this can be confusing, but there’s a straightforward explanation. Movement on the Season Ticket Waiting List depends on your position and the circumstances around ticket availability and list management:
Near the top of the list: Movement is typically based on actual Season Ticket availability. Due to extremely high renewal rates, this summer (2025) marked the first time since 2022 that we’ve been able to offer Season Tickets to supporters on the waiting list. As availability remains limited, those near the top may only see small movements as offers are made and accepted.
Further down the list: Movement further down the list is often driven by administrative updates rather than Season Ticket offers. Between 2022 and 2025, a number of supporters were removed from the list - including those who indicated they no longer wished to remain on it or were no longer eligible. Additionally, as part of our ongoing action against ticket touts and the use of automated bot software, further accounts have been removed to protect the integrity of the list.
These types of updates can lead to significant jumps in position further down the list, even though no Season Tickets have been released at that level. So while it may appear that someone further down the list has moved forward more quickly, this is typically due to list maintenance and integrity checks - not because Season Tickets are being allocated at that position.
