Cashback Windows - How do I withdraw the funds?

The official club channels and our Help Centre information will be updated each month to notify members of the available window to use the Cashback service.

During the above dates you will need to login to your account here If you are requesting funds for multiple accounts you will need to log into each account individually.



Now click on Account Menu and under the heading Account Management please then click on Account Cashback.

 


If you submit incorrect details, the funds will return to your account to be withdrawn at a future window.

 How long does it take to get my cashback? 
The complete process should take no longer than 10 working days after the window to request funds has closed. Thereafter, please check your bank/building society account.
 Can I use my account funds to buy tickets or renew my membership? 
Funds in your account can only be withdrawn to your nominated bank account during our monthly cashback windows, or for gold Members the funds can be used as part payment during season ticket renewals. Funds cannot be used for ticket purchases, membership renewals, or retail transactions.
 I am a season ticket holder; can the funds be deducted from my renewal fee? 
Yes, any funds in your account can be deducted from your renewal fee.
  Can I withdraw my funds if I don’t renew my season ticket? 
If you don’t renew your season ticket then we will advertise the date when you will need to login and withdraw your funds before the service closes for that season.
  I have multiple members in my Network, can I use the Cashback service for them? 
No, each individual member will need to request their own funds by logging on to their online account.

If you are withdrawing funds on behalf of a junior member under the age of 13 and you are unable to view this account, please contact us here with your membership number and the junior member’s membership number so we can link the accounts and enable the withdrawal.
  I live overseas, how do I get my cashback funds? 
The online system that is used to send members their funds can only submit to UK bank accounts. If you would like to request cashback from your membership account to an overseas bank account, please complete the attached form. It is essential you provide all details in the form correctly for us to process your request to transfer funds to an overseas bank account accurately. Once you have filled out the form, kindly submit an enquiry via the 'Contact Us' button, selecting "Cashback" from the drop down options, and clicking 'Attach a File' to include your completed from.

Please ensure you communicate your request using the email address that matches the one registered to your Online Box Office account.

Any refund request forms received from a different email address will not be authorised. We can only make payment in GBP. Please ensure the account details provided to us accepts GBP or your payment will be rejected.
