Who can buy Away Tickets?
Tickets for away fixtures are sold via a points system to Arsenal supporters. Tickets are sold in priority booking periods starting with Season Ticket Holders and Travel Club Members with the highest number of away points. Subsequent sale periods are opened until the full allocation of tickets are sold out.
Most fixtures sell out to Platinum Members, Gold Season Ticket Holders and Travel Club Members but any tickets that remain following the initial sales periods are made available to Silver, Red and Junior Gunner Members. All details regarding domestic and European away fixtures, as well as their sale periods, can be found on the relevant fixture's ticket information pages here.
What are Away Points?
When purchasing and attending a competitive Men's First Team away fixture, each supporter is awarded an Away Point. This excludes fixtures played at neutral venues. Only Gold Season Ticket holders, Platinum Members and existing Travel Club Members qualify for Away Points, with Silver and Red Members not being eligible.
How long do Away Points remain valid on my Season Ticket for?
Only points acquired over the two previous seasons and the current season count towards your existing total.
At the beginning of the 2026/27 season, any Away Points earned during the 2023/24 season will be removed.
Away Ticket Sanction Policy
As per our Away Ticket Terms and Conditions, any supporter who breaches these terms by failing to collect their ticket when requested to do so may be subject to the below sanctions. These sanctions will also be enforced if someone other than the intended recipient attempts to collect the ticket:
- First strike: Lose 1 away point
- Second strike: Lose 10 away points
- Third strike: Lose all away points
We are also working with other clubs in relation to scanned ticket data and if we are notified by the host club regarding any unused tickets, we will remove the away loyalty point in this instance also.
Any ticket purchaser who is found to have sold or attempted to sell their ticket for above face value risks losing their Season Ticket or Membership completely. Any Season Ticket Holder who receives a ban can appeal by contacting the Club from the date they were notified of the ban.
What is Away Ticket Exchange?
Away Ticket Exchange allows eligible away ticket holders to sell their ticket for an away game they cannot attend. Away tickets can be purchased by a Qualifying Supporter, who holds the relevant number of away points to be eligible to purchase a ticket for the away fixture when originally sold out. This is subject to change due to availability. Please check the relevant away ticket information pages.
Please be mindful that the Away Ticket Exchange process may not be operational for certain fixtures, especially those with a tight turnaround between confirmation of fixture and game date.
How do Silver/Red members buy away tickets?
We normally receive an allocation of around 3,000 tickets for our away fixtures, although this can be less depending on the club we are visiting. Please note for the FA Cup and Carabao Cup we do receive a larger allocation depending on the club we are visiting.
We normally receive our away ticket information approximately 4 weeks prior to the fixtures (excluding European which can be earlier). Domestic cup fixtures are advertised as and when we progress.
We sell away tickets firstly to our season ticket holders and travel club members based on the amount of away fixtures they have previously attended in the last two years/seasons.
You will need to see what booking period is advertised for away games which is advertised here, due to the small allocation we receive for away game , away games do tend to sell out to our season ticket holders and travel club members based on the amount of away fixtures they have previously attended in the last two years/seasons.
We then sell to our silver members and then our red members subject to availability.

As a Season Ticket Holder how do I build up my Away Credits?
Due to the limited number of away tickets received these are sold strictly under an Away Credits system to Season Ticket holders and Travel Club members during the various priority booking periods. The majority of games sell out during these sale periods.
Should a game go to zero credits then all Season Ticket holders and Travel Club members are eligible to apply for tickets, subject to availability.
Please keep an eye on away fixture booking periods by clicking here.
It is also worth noting that for some cup games we receive a larger allocation of tickets than we do for Premier League fixtures, dependent on the capacity of the stadium that we are visiting.
