I have a Googlemail email address and I am not receiving a password reset link?   

If you have a Googlemail email address and you are not receiving the password reset link, please try entering your email in the format @gmail.com rather than @googlemail.com. 

This may help resolve the issue with receiving the link.

If you are still not receiving an email to reset your password then this could mean that you don't have an account with us registered to your email address, please click here to create an account.

   Why do I only see one season ticket online if I have multiple?  

When you log in to the online box office with your email address it will show the season ticket that is your primary membership, If you own multiple membership then you can amend the permission level within the network to 'manage tickets' and this means that you then manage all your season tickets under the same login.

   What requirements are needed to set up a new password?   

Your password must contain at least 10 characters and include the following.
• An uppercase letter
• A lowercase letter
• A number

   Where do I locate my Junior Gunner username   

If you are a Junior Gunner under the age of 13, then you have a username.
