There is an opportunity for Disability Access Members to request specific seating when entering the ballot. The Disability Liaison Team will do their utmost to assist with all requests, subject to seating availability.

If successful in the ballot, you can login and purchase your preferred seats during the self-serve window, subject to seating availability.

Home match ticket purchasers are only entitled to a refund for the cost of a match ticket in the event a game is rescheduled after the ticket has been purchased.

If you are successful in the ballot and subsequently cannot attend, you will be able to post your seats on the Ticket Exchange via the online form. If your seats sell via the Ticket Exchange service we will inform you via email and your account will be credited.

If you are in a family group with a DA member and Personal Assistant, the DA member can add the requirement for additional members when entering the ballot. You can do this by completing the relevant field for additional members on the Disability Access ballot form. You can add a maximum of 2 non-DA members to each application.

The Ticket Exchange is managed in house by our Disability Liaison Team and supporters will be contacted if any suitable tickets become available.
