Who is eligible to request a seat relocation?

All current Gold Season Ticket holders are eligible to request a seat relocation.

How do I register my interest in relocating my seat?

You must submit the seat relocation form here by midday on Thursday, April 23.

What is the deadline to submit the relocation form?

The deadline to register your interest for a seat relocation is midday on Thursday, April 23.

Can I still relocate if I miss the registration deadline?

No. Only supporters who have submitted the form by the deadline will be able to access the relocation platform.

Will all Season Ticket holders be able to explore a relocation this year?

Yes. Following a successful pilot scheme last season, all Gold Season Ticket holders can now explore relocation options, subject to availability.

Can I relocate my seat to sit with friends or family?

Yes, you can explore available seats with the aim of moving closer to others, subject to availability.

Does everyone in my group need to submit a form?

Yes. Each Season Ticket holder wishing to relocate must complete the registration form individually.

How do group relocations work?

During the relocation window, you can search for and select seats together, provided all members of your group have registered their interest in exploring a seat relocation.

Can I manage relocation requests for other people?

Yes, you can do so if you have ‘Management’ permissions for those supporters within your Network. Information on how to manage your Network can be found here.

What are ‘Management’ permissions and how do I set them up?

‘Management’ permissions allow you to act on behalf of another supporter (e.g. selecting seats). These can be set up within your Online Box Office account under your Network settings. Information on how to manage your Network can be found here.

Can I swap seats directly with another Season Ticket holder?

Yes, seat swaps can be arranged directly between Season Ticket holders. If you would like to arrange a direct swap with another Season Ticket holder, where both of you know each other and have agreed to exchange seats, please contact our Supporter Services team via the enquiry form here by midday on Thursday, 23 April. There is no need to complete the seat relocation form.

Do I need to complete the relocation form to swap seats?

No. If you are arranging a direct swap, you do not need to complete the relocation form.

What is the deadline for requesting a seat swap?

All swap requests must be submitted by midday on Thursday, April 23.

How is seat availability determined?

Availability is driven by other Season Ticket holders relocating or releasing their seats.

Which areas of the stadium will become licensed standing?

From next season, supporters in the Clock End lower tier will benefit from the additional safety and comfort of standing rails in areas where we know our supporters stand to push the team on. Following this, from the start of the 2027/28 season, our supporters in the North Bank lower tier will also benefit from standing rails to enhance stadium atmosphere.

Are concessionary Season Tickets available across the stadium?

All General Admission season ticket holders up to the age of 18 (Junior Gunners and Cannon) will receive a stadium-wide 50% discount. All General Admission Young Adult season ticket holders aged 19 to 24 will continue to receive a 25% discount in all General Admission areas. Subject to availability, we will retain a number of discounted season tickets (57% off) available to eligible senior season ticket holders (aged 66+). This is subject to a seat move into block 29 dependent on inventory.

Can I view multiple seating options before choosing?

Yes. You can browse all available seats during the relocation window before making your selection.

What happens if there are no suitable seats available?

If you do not find a suitable option, you can simply retain your current seat.

Can I change my mind after selecting a new seat?

No. Once you confirm your new seat, the selection is final and you cannot revert to your previous seat or select a different seat.

When does the seat relocation window open and close?

The relocation window opens at 2pm on Monday, April 27 and closes at 2pm on Wednesday, May 6.

How do I access the relocation platform?

Eligible supporters will be invited to log in to the Online Box Office during the relocation window.

What happens after I submit the registration form?

You will receive further information and instructions ahead of the relocation window opening.

Will I receive instructions before the relocation window opens?

Yes. Full guidance will be shared with all registered supporters in advance.

What if I have trouble logging into the relocation site?

Please ensure you are using the email address registered to your Season Ticket account and your password. If issues persist, contact our Supporter Services team here as soon as possible for assistance.

Can I access the relocation platform on mobile devices?

The seat relocation platform can be accessed on both desktop and mobile devices; however, we recommend using a desktop when selecting your new seat, as the Virtual Venue Seating Map is optimised for this experience.

What should I do if I experience technical issues during the process?

If you encounter any issues, please contact our Supporter Services team here as soon as possible for assistance.

Does relocating my seat affect my season ticket renewal?

No. Seat relocation is separate from the renewal process.

Do I need to renew before or after relocating?

You will select your preferred seat first. Renewal will take place afterwards during the renewal window.

What happens if I don’t select a new seat during the window?

You will retain your existing seat and will be able to renew it as normal.

I am a Platinum Member, can I register my interest in a seat relocation? 

Due to exceptionally high renewal rates over the past few seasons, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate seat move requests on Club Level.

Can I cancel my relocation request after submitting the form?

Submitting the form simply gives you access to the relocation window. You are not obligated to move.

Can I keep my current seat if I don’t find a better option?

Yes. If you do not select a new seat, your current seat will remain available for renewal.

Is my current seat guaranteed if I choose not to move?

Yes, provided you meet the Season Ticket Utilisation target and renew within the renewal window.
