How will I receive my ticket? 

 All tickets for this game will be issued as 100% Mobile Digital Tickets and will be downloadable via the UEFA Mobile Tickets App.

Tickets cannot be retrieved via email to Apple or Google Wallets and one account cannot be accessed from multiple devices (1 login = 1 phone).

This means that you will have to use the same phone to access the stadium on the day of the match as you first accessed your ticket on.

Tickets are scheduled to become available via the UEFA Mobile Tickets app from Thursday 28 May.

Can I resell my ticket? 

 Should a supporter no longer be able to attend; they will be able to sell via a resale platform on the UEFA ticketing portal.

Supporters eligible for purchasing will be given access codes.

 Resale incurs:  
• 10% fee applied to the buyer
• 100% refund to the reseller if ticket is successfully resold.

  Please note that ticket resale via any other platform than the official resale platform on UEFA.com is not permitted.  

Can I transfer my ticket? 

 UEFA provides a ticket transfer option within the app:

As a ticket buyer, you must attend the match in person. If you have purchased a second ticket, you can transfer it to your guest. Your guest will not be able to transfer the ticket further. However, if needed, they can return the ticket to you, so that you can transfer it again to a different guest.

If you purchased a single ticket (one per transaction), you must keep it on your own phone. Single tickets cannot be transferred.

If your tickets were purchased using combined access codes (for example, up to six tickets in one transaction), the main applicant must keep one ticket. You can transfer the remaining tickets to other members of your group via the app.

Do I have to transfer the mobile tickets to my guest(s)? 

 

If you are attending the match with someone who does not have a smartphone, or you simply do not wish to transfer tickets to others, you do not have to.

However, if you decide to keep all the tickets on your phone, you should be aware that you will all have to enter the stadium together. In this case, you will have to use the KEEP button in the app and make sure you enter the required personal details of your guest(s) in the required fields.
