What are the repayment details? 

V12 Retail Finance Limited is offering a repayment plan to pay for your 2026/27 Season Ticket spread over 6 or 10 monthly repayments. The repayment plan interest rate is 0% APR meaning you do not pay any interest, however there is an arrangement fee.

An arrangement fee will be charged which will be included in your first monthly payment.

 How do I apply for finance to pay for my Season Ticket? 

Once renewals are open, select the V12 Finance option at the checkout page and you will be automatically redirected to the V12 Finance website to complete your application.

Please note, you must complete your finance application within 45 minutes. Further instructions will be available prior to renewals opening on how to apply for finance online.

 What information do I need to hand to complete my application? 

You will need to provide the following information:

  • Previous 3 years address history (with correct postcodes)
  • Email address and mobile number
  • Employment details
  • Bank details
  • Photographic ID (only required if your application is referred)
 Can a member of my Friends and Family renew my Season Ticket for me using V12 Finance? 

Yes. If renewing more than one season ticket in the same transaction, all season tickets must be paid using the finance option and would be bound to one finance agreement. The person applying for the finance is responsible for the monthly repayments for all tickets in that bundle.

 How long will it take to get a decision on my finance application? 

You will usually receive a decision almost instantly unless your application is referred for further review.

Please note:

  • You must complete your finance application within 45 minutes.
  • You must complete your season ticket application within 45 minutes regardless of payment method.
  • If your application is declined, please allow up to 48 hours before attempting to purchase again using a debit or credit card.
  • Once the offer has been reapplied to your account, you will receive an email confirming you can renew.
 My application for finance has been referred by V12 Finance, but I have received a confirmation email from the club confirming my season ticket has been renewed. What does this mean? 

V12 will complete further checks before confirming whether your application has been accepted or declined. V12 will contact you directly if any additional information is required. Your season ticket purchase is not complete until V12 has accepted your finance application.

 What do I do if my finance application is declined? 

V12 will contact you with details of the appeal process should you still wish to pay via finance. Alternatively, you can purchase your season ticket using another payment method before the renewal deadline.

 How old must I be to apply for finance for my Season Ticket? 

You must be 18 years old or over.

 Can I pay for my Season Ticket using a credit/debit card, then pay the remaining balance via V12 Finance? 

No, unfortunately this is not possible.

 Can I use the finance option if I do not reside in the UK? 

No. V12 Finance is only available to UK residents.

 Can I apply for finance if the season ticket is in someone else's name? 

Yes. You can apply for finance on behalf of the season ticket holder, however the finance agreement will be in your name rather than the ticket holder’s.

 Can I make additional payments or settle my account early? 

Yes. You can contact V12 Finance at any time during your loan period to make additional payments or settle your account in full.

 How are repayments made? 

All repayments are made via Direct Debit only. Please ensure your bank account accepts Direct Debit instructions before starting your application.

 What if I wish to change my payment date? 

Your first payment will be approximately one month after completing your application. To change your instalment payment date, contact V12 Finance on 029 2046 8900. This service is free of charge.

 What if I miss a payment? 

It is important to keep your repayments up to date. If you experience difficulty making payments, contact V12 Finance immediately on 029 2046 8915. Arsenal Football Club reserves the right to deactivate your season ticket if payments are missed.
