What time do gates open?
All gates (General admission and Premium) will open approximately 2 hours before kick-off at 15:00 (UK). We recommend arriving early to allow time for ticket checks and security screening.
What time does the match start?
The UEFA Champions League Final will kick off at 17:00 (UK).
Which areas of the stadium will be open?
Supporters will be able to access designated seating areas and concourses. Some areas of the stadium may remain closed for operational reasons. When logging into the Online Box Office, an online map will detail the open areas of the stadium.
Will the match be shown on the big screens inside the stadium?
Yes, the UEFA Champions League Final will be shown live on large pitch-side screens with full audio throughout the venue.
Is this a seated event?
Yes, as with a normal match held at Emirates Stadium tickets will be issued for a specific seat and no pitch standing areas will be available.
How do I buy a ticket?
All supporters attending the event must have a valid ticket. Tickets can be purchased through your online box office account.

How many tickets can I purchase?
Tickets are only available for Arsenal Members. You can purchase 1 ticket per membership held, with a maximum of 6 tickets per booking. Seating is reserved and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I buy tickets on the day?
There will be no guarantee of sales at the stadium on the day.
How do I download my ticket?
Tickets will be available digitally via the Ticket Hub within the Arsenal app and will be available to download the week leading up to the event. PDF tickets will not be issued.
Is Ticket Exchange available?
The Ticket Exchange service will open from 5pm Friday May 22 until 5pm Friday May 29, and will be available to qualifying members from the previous three sales phases.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Ticket transfer is not available for this match, and the member who purchases the ticket must attend.
Are children allowed to attend?
Yes, families are welcome. Under-14s must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
Will food and drink be available?
Yes, a range of food and drink kiosks will be open throughout the stadium concourses.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No external food or drink may be brought into the stadium, apart from essential medical items.
Will alcohol be served?
Alcohol will be available to purchase in concourse areas and supporters will be permitted to drink alcohol in the stands.
Can I stand during the match?
Supporters are asked to remain considerate of others. Persistent standing in seated areas may not be permitted.
Are bags allowed into the stadium?
Small bags A4 size or smaller are permitted after security search. Large bags and suitcases are not allowed.
What items are prohibited?
Prohibited items include pyrotechnics, flares, bottles, cans, glass containers, professional cameras, offensive flags or banners, weapons, and other dangerous items.

What happens if the match goes to extra time or penalties?
The screening will continue until the conclusion of the match, including extra time and penalties if required.
Can supporters wear team colours?
Yes, supporters are encouraged to wear team colours, provided clothing is not offensive or discriminatory. This is an Arsenal home supporters’ event only.
