How do I buy tickets for a match?   Step 1: Visit the Arsenal Ticketing Website 

Go to:  www.eticketing.co.uk/arsenal 

Once the website loads, click the Log In button located in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

Enter your email address & password.

If you are having any issues logging in then you can reset your password here.

Step 3: Select the game

Click on Tickets & Ballots & Emirates Cup

Click Find Ticket.

This will automatically take you to the Emirates Stadium Map for you to choose your seats.

Step 4: Choose your seats

Select your seat(s) on the map from the available blocks.

For every ticket you are purchasing, select your Price Class from the list: Senior (66+), Adult, Young Adult (18-24) or Junior (U18). Once confirmed, click Add to Basket.

Step 5: Assign your seats in basket

If you have selected more than one ticket, you can assign each ticket to a different membership number. If you choose not to reassign the tickets, they can all remain under the same membership account. In this case, the account holder will be responsible for scanning all ticket holders through the turnstiles on matchday.

Step 6: Review Order & Make Payment

Once payment has been taken you will receive a confirmation on the page and a confirmation email.

 What are the ticket prices?
Concession tickets can be purchased for Disabled Supporters, Juniors (18 and under), Young Adults (19-24) and Seniors (66+), subject to availability.

Each sales phase will have booking fees of £1.65 per ticket.

 When do tickets go on sale?
 Can I buy tickets without creating an account?
To purchase tickets, you must log in using your email address and password. Any remaining tickets that go to general sale, supporters will be required to create an account in order to purchase.

Please follow the steps below to create an account through the Arsenal app, once created you will be generated with a 7 digit membership number.
 
 How many tickets can I purchase per match?
In all sales windows, you can purchase up to six tickets per account, and there is a basket limit of 10 tickets.
 Can I buy tickets for friends or family?
Yes, you can assign all tickets under your membership number; however, it will then be your responsibility to download the tickets and scan all other supporters into the stadium using your device.
 Do children need their own ticket?
Yes, all juniors, regardless of age, require a ticket, and this includes babes in arms.
 Are there age restrictions for attending matches?
Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied and seated within reaching distance to an adult aged 18 or over when attending games at the Emirates Stadium.

Any bookings for Juniors aged 13 and under which do not meet safeguarding regulations will result in the ticket in question being cancelled and a full refund issued.

Please note that young people aged three and under are not permitted to sit in the following rows:

Lower Tier - Rows 1-20
Club Level - Row 1
Upper Tier - Row 1
 What does Club Level include?
As this is not a competitive fixture, the usual benefits of a complimentary programme and half-time drinks are not included.
 How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be delivered digitally via the Ticket Hub in the Arsenal app.
 When will my tickets be available?
Tickets and instructions on how to download them via the Ticket Hub will be sent in the lead up to the fixture.
 Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable.
 Can I amend my booking once purchased?
Once your purchase has been completed, we are unable to amend, move, or upgrade tickets, so please ensure you review your order carefully before submitting payment.
