Ahead of the 2026/27 season, Disability Access members can now register once to be entered into all eligible ballots throughout the season.

 

By completing the form below, you will not need to submit a separate ballot application for each match. Your registration will be retained and automatically entered into all eligible ballots on your behalf for the duration of the season.

The form will close at 12pm on Thursday 2 July.

 

If you prefer to apply for ballots on a match-by-match basis, please do not complete this form. Instead, you can register for individual matches during the relevant ballot registration windows, which will be announced here.

 

If you are not a Disability Access member, your application will be removed and you will need to enter the appropriate ballot on a match-by-match basis, or purchase a Disability Access membership (if eligible).
