If you are receiving the below message, this usually means you are either not logged in or you are accessing the wrong ballot.
To resolve it click the head & shoulders icon in the right hand corner to log in
If you are logged in and have clicked on the correct ballot and the login icon in the top-right corner displays a white background (see below), but you are still seeing the same message, please check that the membership you are using is active and has been renewed or is a paid membership.
