All DA Members (Gold, Red/Cannon/JG/YG) with 15+ away points
Members in this period will be eligible to purchase from Thursday, July 23, at 10am until Friday, July 24, at 10am.
What are the other ticket sales windows?
Sales Window 3
All remaining DA members Members in this window will be balloted for any remaining tickets.
Successful entrants will then have the opportunity to purchase tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.
This will follow the same process as for home fixtures at the Emirates Stadium.
Ballot opens on Friday 31st July at midday and closes Monday August 3 at midday. Successful entrants will be eligible to purchase from Thursday, August 6 at 10am until Friday August 7 at 10am
Remaining ballot entrants will be held on standby should any remaining tickets be released to them

What does "Standby" mean?
If your application is placed on standby, it will remain active within the system.
Should ticket demand during previous sales windows not exhaust our allocation, or if we receive an additional allocation from the FA, supporters on the standby list will be contacted by email and invited to purchase tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.
How much do Community Shield tickets cost?
- Ticket price: £30.00 per pair
- Personal Assistant (PA) ticket: A complimentary PA ticket is included with every accessible booking.
Where will Arsenal supporters be seated?
Arsenal has received an initial allocation of 25,218 tickets for this fixture.
- Wheelchair spaces: 100 pairs available
- Ambulant disabled seating: 114 pairs available
Supporters will be seated in the South Stand of the Principality Stadium.
Will tickets be digital or paper?
All tickets for this fixture will be issued digitally and will be available to download via Ticket Hub in the Arsenal app.
Supporters who use a physical membership card for Emirates Stadium home fixtures will receive an email during the week before the match with details of their entry method for this fixture.
When will I receive my ticket?
Digital tickets will be available to download during the week leading up to the match.
Stadium Regulations
- Supporters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
- Children under the age of two are not permitted entry.
- Small bags are permitted, provided they are no larger than 35cm × 40cm × 19cm, or are of a standard handbag size.
- There are no bag storage facilities at the stadium. Please make alternative arrangements for larger bags.

Will I receive an away point?
No, away points are not awarded for games played at a neutral stadium.
Audio Descriptive Commentary
Full commentary is available within the Stadium. Receivers with a headset can be collected from the relevant visiting team’s ticket office situated at either end of the Stadium. Guests can use their own headphones/earphones with 3.5mm jack.
Each recipient will be required to fill in a personal hire form to use the equipment.
Sensory Room
There is no designated sensory room for either team for this fixture.
Assistance Dogs: Trained assistance dogs are allowed into the Stadium by prior arrangement via relevant Club’s Access Team. To provide sufficient room and comfort for the dogs, seat locations will be restricted to the wheelchair terracing.
Medical Exemption Policy
Despite the stadium’s Bag Policy, Principality Stadium understands that some supporters will need to bring bags that do not meet these requirements into the stadium for medical reasons.
Please note, if your medication or equipment fits within a A4 bag you do not need medical exemption. All requests for exemption must be submitted by emailing customercare@wru.wales and providing supporting information no later than five days before the event.
We will be unable to issue an exception on event day. Once approved, we’ll email you confirmation of your exemption and will inform the stewarding team on your entry gate of your exemption.
Please be aware that all supporters with exemption confirmation will still need to have their bags searched and tagged at their dedicated accessible entrance before entering the stadium.

Travel/Parking
Accessible Parking: As a city-centre venue, parking at Principality Stadium is extremely limited. Complimentary Blue Badge parking is available, however, due to road closures put in place pre-match, access will not be allowed after this happens, which means having to access parking very early.
Due to segregation safety requirements, there may be limited direct access to seating via the shortest route. There is further accessible parking at Cardiff Civic Centre and Glamorgan County Cricket Club. General travel and parking information is provided by Cardiff Council and is available by clicking here.
Access to the Stadium: Access is across level plazas with no steps & no ramps steeper than 1:20. Spectators with accessible requirements enter Principality Stadium with all other spectators, through the same turnstiles and through the same entrances.
