Our Sensory Room opened in September 2017 and is a specially designed space for supporters who are suspectable to sensory overloads and/or increased anxiety, to attend a match in a calm environment at Emirates Stadium.

The facility features a match-viewing room with a full view of the pitch behind soundproof glass, providing a safe, controlled environment for watching the game. There is also a separate sensory space with a range of specialist equipment to support those attending.

The Sensory Room is available for fixtures at Emirates Stadium, subject to availability. We limit each group size to a maximum of six people, and a lower age limit of six years old.

Please note that we may be unable to accommodate on a matchday due to the availability of space in the room. Please contact our Disability Liaison Team via our Enquiry Form and select 'Disability/Access' under 'Enquiry Regarding'.

On non-matchdays, the facility is also used by Arsenal in the Community for local schools and clubs. If you are interested in using this facility for community or club activity, please contact our Disability Liaison Team in the same way outlined above.

Supporters can also view our Sensory Room Safeguarding Plan to ensure the room will cater to their needs.
