Open up the Arsenal app and  click on your profile icon in the bottom-right corner, and select Ticket Hub. From there, you're good to go.

If you are a Season Ticket/ Six Game Bundle member your membership digital pass will be activated for entry.

Once downloaded, please do not delete the pass, as it will automatically update in your digital wallet.

Match by match tickets will be sent by email nearer the time of the game to the lead booker.

If you are receiving the below message when downloading your pass.

This means that your pass has already been download to a device.

A digital pass can only be downloaded and used on one device at a time.

After you download and activate it on an Apple iPhone or Android device, you cannot transfer or download the same pass onto another device.

If you have management rights for another member, you can renew their membership, purchase a reserved seat on their behalf, list their seat on the Ticket Exchange and transfer tickets. However, you cannot download another supporter’s digital pass.

The supporter must log in to their own account via the Ticket Hub to download their digital pass. For supporters under the age of 13 a parent or guardian can access the digital pass through their parent/guardian account, provided the email address on the parent/guardian account matches the junior supporter’s account and that the account has management rights over the junior account. Supporters aged 13 and over should have their own login and must sign in using their own email address.
