Cup Scheme registration window or to amend your cup competition selection is now closed.

 Step 1: Visit the Arsenal Ticketing Website  

Go to www.eticketing.co.uk/arsenal.

Once the website loads, click the Log In button located in the top-right corner of the screen.

 Step 2: Log In to Your Account  

Enter your:

• Email address
• Password

If you are having any issues logging in, you can reset your password using the password reset option here.

 Step 3: Select "Account Menu"  

Once you have logged in, click the head and shoulders icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Click ‘Account Menu’ at the bottom of the page.

 

Click ‘Ticketing & Membership’

 Step 5: Select/amend your Cup Competition

Note
If you do not have any saved payment card details, you must first add your payment card details before you can link to your Cup scheme.

Further Instructions on how to add a payment card to your account can be found below.

Click Account Management, Saved Payment Cards.

Here you will be able to add or remove any payment cards, once you have added a payment card then you can head back to the Cup Scheme section to add a payment card.

FAQs

Do I need to do anything if my cup competition selection is correct?
If you have already logged in and are happy with your current Cup Competition selection, no further action is required.

What happens if I don't opt into the Cup Scheme?
23-game season ticket holders who choose not to opt in to the Cup scheme will still receive a priority window to purchase their seat for game not included in the season ticket.

19 game season ticket holders will receive a priority window for the Champions League group phase games only and domestic cup games, however you will need to enter the Silver ballot for UEFA knockout games.

My Seat is moved for UEFA Champions League games.
Season Ticket holders who may be required to relocate their seat for European fixtures will not be eligible to enrol in the UEFA Champions League Cup Scheme. However, you will still receive a priority booking period to purchase an alternative seat for the knockout stages. 
23-Game Season Ticket holders will automatically be allocated an alternative seat for the group phase fixtures.

I have a 19 game season ticket, can I register for the Cup Scheme?
You will have the option to enrol for domestic cup fixtures only.

What happens if my payment declines for the Cup Scheme?
If your payment declines when we attempt to process the payment, we will notify you by email. You will then be given a purchase window during which you can log in and complete the purchase of your ticket.
