To help ensure that tickets for our home fixtures are purchased by genuine Arsenal supporters, a ballot and purchase embargo will be in place for our Champions League group phase home matches.

This means that supporters who purchase an Arsenal Membership after Wednesday, 26 August 2026, will not be eligible to purchase tickets for our home fixtures against Real Madrid, Lille and Sabah.

In addition, season ticket holders are only permitted to transfer tickets via the Ticket Transfer service to a recipient whose account was created on or before Wednesday, August 26, 2026, for this game. Tickets forwarded to supporters whose accounts were created after this date will not be able to accept the transfer, and the transfer will be cancelled. 

Important Information – Borussia Dortmund

A ballot and purchase embargo will also be in place for our home fixture against Borussia Dortmund.

This means that supporters who purchase an Arsenal Membership after Wednesday, 24 June 2026, will not be eligible to purchase tickets for this game.

This is due to Arsenal playing Borussia Dortmund in the Emirates Cup, and is to help ensure that tickets for this fixture are purchased by genuine Arsenal supporters.

In addition, season ticket holders are only permitted to transfer tickets via the Ticket Transfer service to a recipient whose account was created on or before Wednesday, June 24, 2026, for this game. Tickets forwarded to supporters whose accounts were created after this date will not be able to accept the transfer, and the transfer will be cancelled.
