Safety Advice:
We advise that travelling supporters do not wear club colours.
Supporters should not congregate en masse in public areas and should avoid becoming isolated in areas away from the Port of Naples / Stazione Marittima.
We recommend that supporters do not visit the city centre, particularly if easily identified as an Arsenal supporter. If you chose to do so, you should remain vigilant.
Supporters are advised not to wear belts to the stadium, if possible, to avoid them potentially being confiscated if the buckle is deemed to be oversized by security officials.
On the advice of the Italian authorities, Supporters are advised to always carry ID on their persons during their trip (passport/driving license - photocopies will not be accepted). We recommend that supporters take a picture of their passport and driving license in the event they are lost or stolen. This will help with obtaining a replacement passport if required.
Getting to Diego Armando Maradona Stadium
IMPORTANT: For public safety reasons, we and the local police strongly recommend all Arsenal fans go to the designated meeting point and reach the stadium using the free-of-charge shuttle service escorted by the police. They strongly advise against all travel to the stadium by taxis or public transport.
The dedicated fan meeting point is located at Molo Angioino, Stazione Marittima, 80133, Naples. The nearest metro and bus stop to this meeting point is Piazza Municipio.

Supporters are advised to arrive at the ground at least 90 minutes before kick-off. The buses can take up to an hour to reach the stadium, depending on routes taken and traffic.
At the Stadium:
- The entrance for visiting supporters is Gate 26
- Access to the stadium will only be permitted upon presentation of a passport and a ticket. Entry will not be possible without both
- ID and Ticket checks will be undertaken at the stadium. Photos of ID will not be accepted.
- Pat down searches carried out by stewards
- Supporters must only sit in the seat assigned to them on their ticket
- Please follow the instructions of the police and stewards at all times

Post-match and stadium Exit:
We have been advised that there is likely to be a hold back of Arsenal supporters of at least an hour following the final whistle. This is to allow the immediate vicinity of the stadium to clear. An announcement will be made on the PA system. Toilet facilities and refreshments will be available.
The free shuttle bus service will be provided outside the visitors' sector to return supporters to the meeting point at Stazione Marittima. The local police strongly recommend supporters use this service again to reach onward destinations safely.
Supporter behaviour:
Arsenal supporters are urged to cooperate with the authorities, especially in relation to the entry procedures. Anti-social, noisy behaviour fuelled by excessive drinking may result in admission to the stadium being refused.
Supporters who are ejected may be subject to arrest.
