Refund eligibility for Arsenal Women match tickets at Emirates Stadium depends on whether the fixture date and kick-off time had been confirmed at the time you purchased your ticket.

I purchased my ticket after the fixture date and time were confirmed

If you purchased your ticket after the fixture date and kick-off time had been confirmed, your ticket is non-refundable.

If you are no longer able to attend the match, you can use Ticket Transfer to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

I purchased my ticket before the fixture date and time were confirmed

If you purchased your ticket before the fixture date and kick-off time had been confirmed for broadcast, you will be eligible to request a refund if you can no longer attend following the fixture confirmation.

The refund request form will be open for seven days from the date the fixture date and kick-off time are confirmed. Requests submitted after the stated deadline will not be accepted.

All eligible ticket purchasers will be emailed once the fixture is confirmed with details of the refund window and deadline. The refund form will also be available on the relevant match Ticket Information page.

Refunds can only be requested by completing the AWFC Match Ticket Refund Request Form within the seven-day refund window. Refund requests made by any other method, or submitted after the deadline, will not be accepted.
