1. Sign into your online ticketing account
2. Click on the head & shoulders image shown in the top right of your screen
3. Click "View Account Menu"
4. Under Account Management click on "Update Details"
5. On the update details page click "Edit" and enter your current password
6. You are now able to update your email address, Mailing address, Contact numbers, Gender, and email preferences.
