Only Cannon and Adult members receive access to My Arsenal Rewards, Unfortunately Junior Gunner members do not receive access to My Arsenal Rewards.
To access your My Arsenal Rewards account your membership number must be used. If you log in to arsenal.com or the Arsenal Official app using your email address your My Arsenal Rewards points balance will not be displayed in the navigation bar. When you click on the person icon after logging in using your email address, your passport will be displayed without any information, and you will not be able to access the My Arsenal Rewards hub.
