We're making changes to how our supporters log in to all our online platforms to make their experience more streamlined and secure.
From Wednesday 6th November, supporters will only need a single email address and password to log in to all our platforms, including arsenal.com, the Arsenal app, Arsenal Direct and Online Box Office accounts.
This is called Single Sign On, and we will be introducing this across all our sites and applications.
The changes will ensure a simplified and smoother experience for our supporters across all our online platforms.
They also bring added security for all our supporters through modernising our log in process, as well as giving us even greater protections against bots and touts accessing our systems and ticketing platforms.
With Single Sign On you will only have to log in once to manage all aspects of your accounts and memberships such as My Arsenal Rewards, Cashback, accessing your Digital Pass via the Arsenal App, viewing your booking history, and much more.
All supporters who have memberships with a valid email address will be contacted directly outlining the simple steps they need to take to complete the Single Sign On process.
