From the 6th November, when you go to sign in to any of our platforms you will be prompted to enter your email address and password. If this is your first time signing in you must reset your password:



To reset your password, enter your email address, or if the account is a Junior Gunner account please enter the Junior Username received by email on Friday 1st November. 



You will then receive an email with a link that allows you to reset your password.


If you don't receive this email, please check your junk or spam before hitting the 'resend email' button.

Once logged in with your new password you will be asked to confirm the details we hold for you are correct. Please update any changes here:

 

If you have multiple memberships under your email address you will be asked to CONFIRM the membership is yours, or UPDATE and add the email address of the person that owns or uses the account:



When you CONFIRM the membership is yours, the details will update to match your confirmed details. We recommend updating and adding the email address of the person that owns or uses the membership.



If you own or use a membership that was under someone else's email address and they update it and add your email address, you will receive an email asking you to accept the update. 


If you do not already have a membership or online account, you will be prompted to create one.

Make sure you use the same email address when creating the account.


If you already have an account you will be prompted to log in once you accept the change of details, and you will go through the same process described above.
