The first time you log in on or after the Wednesday 6th November you will be prompted to reset your password. Once you have done this you will be asked to confirm the details we hold for you are correct. 


If you have more than one membership under your email address, for each of these you will then be asked to either:


- CONFIRM that this is your membership. All details against this membership will then update to match your own details 


- UPDATE the details on the membership by entering the email address of the person that owns/uses that membership. They will then receive an email notification.


Please note that when updating a membership all payment details remain the same until manually amended by the person that owns the membership - this includes saved cards and bank details against auto renewal.
