If you have previously logged into any Arsenal platform prior to the launch of SSO on 6th Nov then you should have an account.
First you must reset your password by clicking ‘here’.
If you do not receive a password reset email please double check you do have an existing Arsenal SSO account.
You can do this by going through the ‘create new account’ process and entering the same email you are trying to reset the password for. If an SSO account already exists under that email it will not let you create a new one.
