Step 1
Log on to your Online Box Office account on the eTicketing website.
Step 2
Select the head and shoulders icon which will display a blue notification.
Step 3
A notification for 'Seat Moves' will appear. Select the number of tickets eligible to move.
Step 4
Click 'Show Details'.
Step 5
You will then be able to select your seat(s) and click ‘Move Seat’.
A notification will appear explaining that you will be charged the difference if you select a more expensive seat, or refunded the difference if you select a cheaper seat. Click 'Ok'.
Step 6
Select an available block from the interactive seating map. The block that your original seat is located in will show in black. 
Your original seat will show as a black dot. All other available seats will show as a blue dot.
Step 7
Once you have found a seat you wish to relocate to, select the seat and click ‘Move Seat’.
Note: The price difference will be displayed. If there is no price difference, it will display as '£0.00'.
Step 8
The seat will be added to your basket. Click on the basket icon in the top right-hand corner of the page to proceed.
Step 9
The new seat details will be displayed along with the price different. Once you are happy with your selection, click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Step 10
If there is an additional fee to pay, payment will need to be made by debit/credit card. Enter your payment card details and click ‘Review Order’.
If you have selected a seat of lesser value, a refund will be credited to your Ticket Exchange account where the monies can be withdrawn to your bank account during one of our Cashback windows.
Select 'Review Order' followed by 'Complete Purchase'.
If you have selected a seat of equivalent value to your current seat, there will be no additional fee to pay. Simply click 'Complete Purchase'.
Moving Multiple Seats
Follow steps 1-5 outlined above. If you renewed multiple seats in the same transaction, you will be able to 'Select All' and move seats as a group.
Note: If you renewed your seats individually, you will not be able to move together as a group. Each Season Ticket holder wishing to relocate will be required to log in separately to complete this process.
Click on your chosen block and select available seat(s) from the Interactive Seating Map. Once you have selected your chosen seat(s) you will be given a choice of which Season Ticket you wish to move.
Follow steps 8-10 detailed above to complete the seat relocation process.
