If you are receiving the below message then we kindly ask you to ensure you are logged in to your online box office account.
Ballot registration is only open to Platinum Season Ticket holders who are on track to meet their 22-fixture utilisation target, and Gold Season Ticket holders who have used their season tickets for at least 13 out of 16 games or 10 out of 12 games.
If you hold any other type of membership, you will not be eligible to register for the ballot and will therefore see the error message below.
If your head and shoulders profile icon doesn't have a white background then you are not logged in to the box office site.

Click on the head and shoulders icon in the top right-hand corner to login.

If you’re seeing the message below while trying to register for the ballot, it means you’re accessing the wrong page.
To access the ballot, select Tickets & Ballot and then Ballot Registrations
You will then see the option to register for the ballot and then click Apply For Tickets
