When can I expect delivery of my Arsenal Direct order?
UK standard orders usually take 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch to deliver. Express deliveries usually arrive in 1 to 2 working days.

You can track your order using the unique tracking link in your shipment notification email. If you haven’t received one, it may be because we haven’t shipped your order yet. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for our team to pick and pack your items for shipping.
Some products, such as personalised items, may take a little longer to ship.
Please note that, from time to time, transit times may be affected by external factors or during peak periods.
What are the delivery options and costs for Arsenal Direct orders?
We regularly update our delivery costs to offer our supporters the most cost-effective shipping options. Up to date delivery costs are calculated and displayed during checkout, and more information can be found on our delivery information page here.
We currently offer free delivery as below:
- UK customers can select free standard delivery for any order over £100
- US customers can select free international delivery for any order over $150 USD
- Australia customers can select free international delivery for any order over $250 AUD
Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my Arsenal Direct Order?
If you are shopping in Europe, your order will ship with delivery duties paid (DDP). This means you will not be asked to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery. To ensure that you will receive the benefit of DDP, please make sure you have selected your correct destination flag on the top right corner of the page.
If you are placing an international order (to any destination outside the UK or EU) you may be charged customs and import duties depending on the items you have purchased and the destination country.
Arsenal FC cannot be held responsible for any charged customs or import duties as they are the responsibility of the recipient. Because policies and charges vary by country and can change regularly, we cannot provide any indication of these charges.
If you have specific customs questions, including how much the charges may be, we recommend you contact your local customs department before placing your order.
What happens if my order cannot be delivered?
If the courier deems your order undeliverable for any reason, in most cases they will return the parcel back to us. This will be reflected in your order tracking. Should you become aware that your courier is returning your order to sender, please reach out to us here: https://arsenaldirect.arsenal.com/contactUs
We will be happy to either resend the parcel to you once received or issue a full refund, subject to the terms laid out below:
- Orders with personalised items must be resent as they are not eligible for a refund.
- Orders that were rejected by the recipient due to customs fees will be refunded minus the delivery fee.
If we do not hear from you in advance of your parcel being received, we will refund or resend your order in accordance with the above terms.

Can I have my Arsenal Direct order sent to an alternative address?
Once an order is submitted online, it is sent straight to our team for packing and shipping. Should you need to change any of the details after placing an order, please get in touch as soon as possible through the form on our contact page, entering "Urgent Order Amend" in the subject field.
Since we try to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in time. If this is the case, we cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of your purchase due to the submission of incorrect details when placing your order.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
Most of our couriers require a signature upon delivery. This means that we are unable to send orders to PO Box addresses.
You can use our Click & Collect services to have your order delivered locally for collection.
I live outside the UK, are there any restricted items that you can't send abroad?
Products such as food, body sprays, and aerosols may be subjected to local restrictions. If you are unsure whether a product can be delivered to your country, we’d recommend contacting your local custom office for an updated list of prohibited and restricted goods.
