Where to Begin Your Stadium Tour
• Begin at the Stadium Tour ticket desk in the Armoury store.
• Arrive 15 minutes before tour time; latecomers may be denied entry.
• VIP Experience: arrive 15 minutes early at Diamond Club/Directors doors (Podium Level, between turnstiles A & S, above the Armoury).
Duration of Stadium Tour and Museum Visit
• Stadium Tour: ~1 hour (no time limit).
• Museum: ~30 minutes.
• No re-entry once guests exit.
Booking a Time and Date
• Dated Tickets: select a specific date online; self-guided tour valid for any time that day.
• Flexi Tickets: attend within 3 months of purchase; no pre-booking required.
• Always check Opening Hours before visiting.
Visiting the Museum Only
• Tickets available at Museum entrance.
• Prices: Adults £10, Concessions £8, Children £7.
• Located opposite turnstile E in the Northern Triangle Building next to Ken Friar Bridge (~5 min walk from Stadium Tour entrance).
Redeeming Third-Party Vouchers
• Follow instructions from the ticket seller.
• Bring printed voucher to Stadium Tours desk in the Armoury during opening hours.
• Check Opening Hours for any closures.
Missing Your Dated Stadium Tour
• Upgrade within 3 months of purchase at Stadium Tour desk or Club Museum desk.
• Upgrade cost: £5 per ticket.
• Upgrades available in person only, cannot be booked online or for future dates.
Flexi Ticket Extension
• Flexi Tickets cannot be extended beyond 3 months.
• Exceptional circumstances may be considered at Arsenal Football Club's discretion.
How do I redeem my Junior Gunner tour code?
Once you have renewed or purchased a new Junior Gunner membership, Please allow 72 hours for the tour code to be sent to the email address on your membership account.
The email will have the subject heading 'Your FREE Stadium Tour Code' and the email address it will be sent from is arsenal@mailing.arsenal.co.uk. Please ensure you check your spam/junk folder if you are unable to locate the email.
If you are still unable to locate the email please contact us here to let us know and include your membership number(s).
Redeeming your code online
Please click here to redeem your Junior Gunner Tour code.
Once on the page scroll down and add your quantity and then 'Add To Bag'.
On this page you will need to add your Junior Gunner Tour code to the voucher code box and click 'Apply'.
You will then receive a prompt to say the code as been applied and the amount you have saved.
If you have entered the code and you are receiving the below error, please check that you have selected the correct Child tour ticket, and that there are no other Stadium Tour promotions running. You will be unable to use a Junior Gunner code online while a tour promo is active. Instead, please bring your membership details to the tours desk in the Armoury on the day to get the free tour booked in.
Now click 'Proceed To Checkout' and enter your payment details and then you will be sent a tour voucher via email and the voucher is valid for 3 months.
No pre-booking of time and dates are required for those that have booked a Stadium Tour online - simply turn up on a day that suits within the three month validity period. However we do strongly recommend you check the opening hours page here to see if there are any tour route closures advertised.
*Note: If you have added an infant to the booking then we advise you to click on the 'remove item' button and re do your booking. Do not include an infant ticket, and at the tours desk on the day the team will be able to assist with booking in the infant.
**Note: If you have two Junior Gunner codes and only one adult, the site will only allow one voucher code per booking so we advise to book one adult and one child online using one code, and at the tours desk on the day of your visit the team will be able to assist with booking in the other Junior Gunner.
