For UK deliveries under £600, our courier partners DPD, EVRI and DHL use a “knock and drop” service as their default delivery method. This means the courier will knock at the address provided in your order and leave the order on the doorstep unless you select an alternative delivery option.

You can select and alternative delivery option directly through the courier via the tracking link.

By selecting our delivery service, you acknowledge that the carrier's standard delivery method may include knock-and-drop delivery unless an alternative option is specifically selected through the carrier.

Delivery is considered complete once the products are delivered through this method or through your alternate delivery option selected through the courier's website or app.

Unless otherwise requested by you directly to the courier, high-value (over £600) or unique items (including signed merchandise and limited-edition items) will be sent using DPD’s sign-for service and must be signed for on delivery. Any request made by you directly to the courier will override the signature service. Where you amend the delivery method, you accept responsibility for any loss or damage occurring following delivery in accordance with those amended instructions.
