Platinum and Gold Season Ticket Holders with 10 or more away points are guaranteed a ticket, provided they complete their purchase during the designated sales window. Travel Club members who meet the qualifying criteria are also eligible to purchase during this window.

Supporters may purchase tickets for up to six eligible members per booking.

If you applied as part of a group and your ballot application is successful, all members of the group will be successful.

If one or more members of your group decides not to purchase their ticket, this will not prevent the remaining members from purchasing theirs.

No. Supporters who purchase tickets during Sales Window 1 will not be eligible to enter the Sales Window 2 ballot with friends or family.

If you wish to sit together with supporters who qualify for Sales Window 2, we recommend waiting and applying together during that ballot.

Yes. If your ballot application is successful, you will be able to select your preferred seats when you log in to complete your purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to relocate bookings made in different sales windows. As a result, groups who purchase tickets during separate sales phases cannot be guaranteed seats together.

If your application is placed on standby, it will remain active within the system.

Should ticket demand during previous sales windows not exhaust our allocation, or if we receive an additional allocation from the FA, supporters on the standby list will be contacted by email and invited to purchase tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.

Arsenal has received an initial allocation of 25,218 tickets for this fixture. Supporters will be seated in the South Stand of the Principality Stadium.

No. Ticket Transfer is not available for this fixture. Tickets are strictly for use by the named member and cannot be transferred.

You will need to download all tickets to your mobile device and scan each supporter through the turnstiles upon entry.

• Supporters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
• Children under the age of two are not permitted entry.
• Small bags are permitted, provided they are no larger than 35cm × 40cm × 19cm, or are of a standard handbag size.
• There are no bag storage facilities at the stadium. Please make alternative arrangements for larger bags.
