Tickets will be made available to Members for Premier League, FA Cup and European matches will be sold via a ballot process.

How can members buy tickets?

Red Membership ticket ballots for home fixtures will be held approximately 4-6 weeks prior to each fixture. Please note, timings may be condensed around cup games and matches at the start of the season.

If you are a parent or guardian and you’d like to attend a fixture with a Junior Gunner member, you will be able to enter a dedicated ballot for tickets in the Family Enclosure.

If you have disability access requirements, you will have access to priority ticket ballot windows providing an opportunity to plan your visit in advance.

Dates will be advertised on arsenal.com throughout the season. Once ballot dates are confirmed you will be able to sync the dates to your calendar so you always know when registration opens and can get your entry in for your chosen matches before the window closes.

The ballot for each match will be run independently and open to all members who choose to register.

How do I find out when tickets go on sale?

How many tickets can I buy?

Members are able to purchase one ticket each, subject to availability. In the event of a "Friends & Family" sale, it is usually possible to purchase an additional three tickets, though this may change from fixture to fixture.

Can Members buy tickets in a group?

You can register for ticket ballots, purchase match tickets for selected matches and check ticket availability on Ticket Exchange via your Online Box Office Account.

Members wishing to attend with their friends and family will be able to register to be balloted together, as a group as long as all members are added to your network.

Where the number of ballot registrations for a match does not exceed the number of available tickets, all Red Members who have entered will be successful.

There will also be increased ticket availability next season for FA Cup and European knock-out matches which are no longer included in our General Admission Season Ticket.

Official Tickets

Tickets to all our home fixtures should be purchased directly though us. Even if a fixture has sold out, new listings will often become available on the "Ticket Exchange", so members are encouraged to check back regularly. We also have a handful of official sellers who are authorised by the club to sell ticket packages.

Please note that tickets purchased from unofficial websites, agencies, social media sites, or from touts will be invalid and you are likely to be refused entry or ejected from the stadium.
