If you do not receive or have lost your away match ticket(s) for any relevant away match it is your responsibility to contact our Supporters Services team (Tel: +44 (0) 20 7619 5000) the last working day prior to the fixture. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
A duplicate ticket will be arranged for collection at the away ground on the day of the match.
If you have missed the deadline to call us, please go to the ticket office at the away ground and speak to a member of staff in the ticket office and present your photo ID and explain to them that you need a duplicate ticket and the reason why. A member of the team there will be able to contact Arsenal’s ticketing staff to verify your details.
We can only assist the named member on the ticket and no 3rd party ticket collections will be authorised.
