From the start of the 2024/25 season, we are changing how priority tickets are allocated for our men's FA Cup Semi-Finals and Finals, League Cup Finals and European Cup Finals, should we reach them. This comes after engagement with the Arsenal Advisory Board and Fans' Forum and is based on consistent feedback over several seasons from many supporters.
Priority access for General Admission Season Ticket holders and Platinum Members to purchase tickets for these matches will be based on a combination of seat utilisation and away game attendance. This replaces the previous policy, in which priority Cup Final access has been based on seat utilisation only.
Given our Season Ticket holder numbers usually outweigh the limited allocations we receive for Cup Finals and the high number of Season Ticket holders who utilise their seat for all games included in their Season Ticket the policy has been updated with an additional requirement to recognise the dedicated supporters who regularly follow the team away. We’ve also brought in a mechanism to recognise our members who are consistently entering ticket ballots, to give these supporters a better chance to attend a Cup Final if the full allocation is not taken by Season Ticket holders.
