Gold Season Ticket renewals will open at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, 28th May. The deadline to renew is 5:00 PM on Wednesday, 11th June.
Please log into your Online Box Office account here.
Once logged in, please click on the head and shoulder icon in the top right hand corner of the page.
You will then be able to see a section outlining that “Renew Your Season Ticket for Emirates Stadium 2025-2026 ” and a ‘Renew Now’ button.
Please click the ‘Renew Now’ button.
Here you will also be able to view the block, row, seat and pricing details.
Once you are happy with this information, please click ‘Add to Basket’.
You will now be at the basket stage of the journey.
Again, you will be able to see the details of your Season Ticket(s) for review.
Your season ticket will automatically be set to the 23-game package. If you would prefer the 19-game package instead, please select it from the drop-down menu
Once you are happy with this, please click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
You should then select the Debit/Credit card option as your payment method and fill out your card details. Then, click on the ‘Review Order’ button.
Any credit you have earned by selling your seat on Ticket Exchange will be deducted from the cost of your renewal.
You will then be able to review all the details of your season ticket renewal. You then must tick and accept the T&Cs before clicking the ‘Complete Purchase’ button.
