What must I bring? 

• All supporters must bring their own football boots and shinpads in order to take part in the experience. Guests will be refused access to the pitch if they fail to bring these items with them. Moulded boots or astroturf trainers will be accepted. No boots with studs, screw-ins, or blades allowed.
• Please bring your signed waiver with you on the day. (1 per person).
• Please come dressed for the experience as changing facilities will not be provided.
• We also recommended guests bring their own water bottle.

What should I wear? 

• It is recommended that supporters wear ath-leisure style clothing. Shin pads are required. No shin pads, no play. 
• Please note, supporters must arrive dressed for the event. Changing facilities will not be provided.

What is the minimum age for the experience? 

• The minimum age to take part is 6 years or older. Any guests 5 years old and under will not be allowed on this experience due to Safeguarding restrictions.
• As an alternative, there is a ‘Viewing Ticket’ available that children 5 and under can attend with a paying ‘Viewing Ticket’ adult. Please note, children under 5 will not need to purchase a 'Viewing Ticket'. Please let staff at the ticket desk know you will need a '5 and under' space on the day. 

Can a Child (6-15) play on the pitch without an accompanying Adult?

• No. Due to Safeguarding restrictions, any child ages 6-15 must have a paying adult ticket accompanying them at all times. 
• Please note the accompanying Adult must purchase a 'Take to the Pitch' ticket if they have a child (ages 6-15) taking part in the Take to the Pitch Experience, not a 'Viewing Ticket'.

Am I able to bring children 5 and under with me on the day?

• For Safeguarding reasons, we are unable to accommodate children aged 5 and under on the pitch. As an alternative, there is a ‘Viewing Ticket’ available that children 5 and under can attend with a paying ‘Viewing Ticket’ adult.

What if I want to just watch?

• There is a ‘Viewing Ticket’ available to purchase for £35 per person. Guests will be allowed to enter the stadium at the same time as their group and will be taken to the Director’s Box seats to view the skills and drills session taking place on the pitch as part of the ‘Take to the Pitch’ experience. Guests will be reunited with the rest of the group before exiting the stadium. Please note, these tickets much be purchased separately. 

• Yes! We welcome all of our supporters ages 6+ to take part in the 'Take to the Pitch' experience.
• If you have any specific access requirements, require additional assistance, or require parking for D.A, needs, please contact us at arsenaldirect@arsenal.co.uk
• Wheelchairs are permitted on the pitch. 
• Where required, a carer/personal assistant ticket can be provided free of charge. Carers/Personal Assistant tickets do not need to be pre-booked, please just let our staff know on the day when you arrive for the experience.
• Carers/Personal Assistants will need to ensure they are wearing the proper footwear to enter the pitch (moulded boots or astroturf trainers).

• Yes, where required you are able to bring a carer/personal assistant with you on the day for the experience free of charge. 
• Carers/Personal Assistants do not need to purchase an additional ticket. Please let the staff know when you arrive that you have a carer/personal assistant with you, and they will ensure the carer in attendance receives access.
• Please note there is one free carer/personal assistant per concession ticket. Any additional carers/personal assistant will need to purchase a ticket. 
• Carers/Personal Assistants will need to ensure they are wearing the proper footwear to enter the pitch (moulded boots or astroturf trainers).

How long is this event? 

• The whole experience with last around 1 hour and 20 minutes. 40 minutes of this will be time pitchside and on the pitch.

Am I able to refund this experience?

• Due to the limited nature of this product, this experience is non-refundable.
