You will need to click the 'Complete Finance Application' button when you apply for finance on the online box office and this will redirect you to the V12 site to finalise the application.

If you have not clicked on the 'Complete Finance Application' button then this means that your application is incomplete and we will email you in the coming days to inform you that your account has been updated for you to reapply online again for finance or pay for your renewal with a credit/debit card.
