- An email will be sent to the lead booking client approximately one hour after purchase, asking for details of all the travelling supporters in the group. The lead booker must submit the required data for all supporters in your group.


- All information must be entered correctly and once submitted, you will not be able to amend these details. Any bookings that do not have the travelling supporter details submitted within 48 hours will not be fulfilled and will be cancelled. 


- Data must be submitted via this site - https://appserv.arsenal.co.uk/europe-away/


- You can access your booking by logging in with your eTicketing email address and password OR by entering the membership number you bought your tickets with and your surname to retrieve your details.


- Submit the mandatory details for everyone included in your booking. Once you have submitted all details, click confirm.


- You will not be able to amend details via the form once submitted, so please check all details are complete and correct before clicking confirm.


- The name provided will be written on the ticket and checked at the turnstile by Real Madrid CF’s security team at Bernabéu Stadium. Each supporter will need to present their passport and ticket, which will be checked against the data provided.


- Any instances of corrections or falsification of tickets means you will not be permitted to enter the stadium in Madrid.


- All tickets for this game will be physical and will be posted out to the lead client member. Please ensure that your postal address details are up to date
