A. No, all digital passes remain the same and will work as they did before, even if you update any details on a membership.
Q: My email says I am a Junior Gunner and referring to me as a Parent/ Guardian but I am neither. Why is this?
A: This is most likely because there was no Date Of Birth (DOB) or an incorrect DOB on your account. Don't worry, nothing has changed regarding your membership or account permissions. When you log in for the first time from the 6th November you'll be given the chance to check your details. Please ensure these are correct before confirming.
Q. I have multiple memberships under my name, Can I update the name on the membership to the supporter who uses it?
A: If you have multiple memberships under your email address you will be asked to CONFIRM the membership is yours, or UPDATE and add the email address of the person that owns or uses the account.

A: Your password must contain at least 10 characters and include the following.
- An uppercase letter
- A lowercase letter
- A number

A: If you have a Googlemail email address and you are not receiving the password reset link, please try entering your email in the format @gmail.com rather than @googlemail.com. This may help resolve the issue with receiving the link.
Q. I have multiple season tickets in my name and when I login to the online box office account I only see one season ticket?
A: When you log in to the online box office with your email address it will show the season ticket that is your primary membership, If you own multiple membership then you can amend the permission level within the network to 'manage tickets' and this means that you then manage all your season tickets under the same login.
