If you do not receive a password reset email, please double check you do have an existing Arsenal SSO account.  You can do this by going through the ‘create new account’ process and entering the same email you are trying to reset the password for.


 If an SSO account already exists under that email it will not let you create a new one.

If you do not see this message and are able to complete your account registration you will receive an email to verify your account. Once you have done this you can now log into the online box office and manage your membership.
