Step 1: Click on the Menu Icon in the right-hand corner  | Step 2: Click on ‘Tickets’  | Step 3: Click on ‘Tickets & Ballots’  |
Step 4: Click on the head & shoulders icon  | Step 5: Log into your Arsenal account using your email address and password  | Step 6: Select the Menu icon located on the left-hand corner of the page  |
Step 7: Click on ‘Tickets & Ballots’ and then ‘Ballot Registrations’.  | Step 8: Click on the ballot that is applicable to your membership and then click on ‘Apply For Tickets’  | Step 9: If you are applying for more than one ticket, click on ‘Add another member’  |
Step 10: Here you will see a list of members who are eligible to be added to your ballot application  | Step 11:You can select your two preferred price bands during the registration process.  | Step 12: You may select that you wish to be balloted into any remaining areas if you are not successful in either of your preferred price bands.  |
Step 13: Now enter your payment details and click 'Confirm Application'  | Step 14: Ballot registration complete  |
