When will I receive my ticket(s)
For this fixture, all tickets must be collected in Germany. To collect, supporters must bring their physical passports, please note that copies or other forms of ID will not be accepted and tickets cannot be collected by third parties. Details of the when and where to collect will be communicated to the lead booker in due course via email.

Train Tickets
Regional and Local Trains are free to use for the fixture with a valid match ticket and an ÖPNV KombiTicket. Follow this link to enter your ticket number to retrieve your transport ticket. The train ticket code can be viewed in the wallet details. On both Android and Apple devices, this can be accessed via the three dots in the top right corner. The code is six characters long and consists of letters and numbers.
The KombiTicket is valid from four hours before the start of the game until 03:00 the following day in all public transportation services of VRS and VRR (2nd class).
Taxi
For supporters getting dropped off by taxi at the stadium, there is no designated drop off point for away fans.
Parking
There is no standard parking available at the Bay Arena.

Match Tickets
Tickets are not transferable and cannot be used by any other supporter. Duplicate tickets will not be issued.
Please sit in the seat allocated to you and detailed on your ticket.

Seating location
The away section “Guest Area” is in the Southwest corner of the BayArena. Guest area is marked in Green (SG1-SG3)
Area for Disabled supporters is marked in Red (H4) located in the South stand.
Food & Drink
The stadium is cashless. All kiosks will accept all major cards for payment.

Drinks are served in returnable/reusable cups, with a deposit of €2.00 required

All flags and banners must be checked by Leverkusen stewards prior to entry. The checkpoint for checks is located to the right of the away supporter turnstiles.
